At GRÜVN South Africa (Pty) Ltd, we take pride in offering exceptional products backed by a fair and transparent returns and warranty South Africa policy. Please review the details below before making a purchase to ensure clarity and confidence in your order.


Shipping & Fulfilment Notice

All stock is shipped from GRÜVN Canada. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing, international packing, and shipping to South Africa. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Pickleball Paddle Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our paddles to give you peace of mind.

Warranty Period:

  • RAW, graphite, and composite paddles – 3-month limited warranty

  • MUVN and LAZR series paddles – 6-month limited warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear (grip, edge guard, paddle face, or core)

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or hitting objects

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (below 5°C or direct sun)

  • Surface scratches, fading, or paddle rattling that doesn’t affect performance

  • Modifications or non-original purchasers (non-transferable)

  • Replacements (non-warrantied)

🧾 Proof of purchase is required. All assessments will be made by the GRÜVN team.


Paddle Board Warranty

Our inflatable paddle boards are protected by a 3-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. This warranty applies to purchases made through GRÜVN South Africa or approved retailers.

Exclusions include:

  • Accidental damage or normal wear and tear

  • Heat/sun damage or poor storage

  • Modifications or commercial use

GRÜVN is not responsible for consequential loss or damages.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every order. Our returns and warranty South Africa policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days, if:

✅ The item arrived damaged or defective
✅ You received the incorrect item

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required

  • Photos of the item must be submitted to hello@gruvn.co.za

⚠️ Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Incorrect Orders or Exchange Requests

If you ordered the wrong paddle:

  • It must be unused and returned in original packaging

  • Notify GRÜVN within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • If the exchanged item costs more or less, the price difference must be settled before dispatch


Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • For late or missing refunds, first check with your bank or card provider. If unresolved, email us at hello@gruvn.co.za


Important Notes for Returns
  • Submit clear photos of the defect and packaging (files under 2MB)

  • Return shipping will be reimbursed only if GRÜVN is at fault

  • If no defect is found, return shipping will not be refunded


Non-Refundable Items
  • Apparel with incorrect size or colour (refer to size guides before ordering)

  • Used, damaged, or modified items

  • Missing packaging or accessories

  • Returns initiated after 30 days

  • Orders without valid proof of purchase


Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

We inspect all orders before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will prioritise a resolution and ensure the correct item is delivered to you as soon as possible.


Product Descriptions & Listing Accuracy

We strive for accuracy, but occasionally an error may appear on a product listing. GRÜVN reserves the right to correct any errors without notice. If there’s a material change to a product within 7 days of delivery, you may request a cancellation and full refund.
